When working with a read-only file such as an i-model, you can use this tool and you can view its impact on the original drawing but the changes will not be saved.
| Setting | Description |

| Use Reference Dialog List | If on, the model(s) selected on the References dialog is used to set the back clip plane. (Not available) All options regarding references are controlled through the Model tab of the Project Explorer dialog. |
| Use Fence | If on, the fence contents are used to set the back clip plane. The option menu sets the Fence (Selection) Mode. |
